A handmade terracotta that looks aged and full of rustic character from day one.

These tiles have all the natural characteristics associated with handmade terracotta: colour tone variations, minor pitting on surfaces and edges and with the added advantage of the clay being able to retain heat.

Variations in width are a characteristic of this terracotta and should be taken into account when fixing.

A simple handmade clay floor tile. Uncontrived, simple product, which will bring an instant warm and traditional look to your room. The natural insulating qualities of this baked earth tile, makes it the ideal surface to place over underfloor heating systems as terracotta retains and releases warmth in a most efficient manner.

PLEASE NOTE: These tiles will arrive in their natural state (raw) and will require sealing. Seal in the traditional manner using LTP Boiled Linseed Oil, LTP Antique Wax and for an easy aftercare option finish with LTP Ironwax Gloss or Satin.

For a lighter finish try the synthetic method using LTP Colour Intensifier and finish with either LTP Ironwax Gloss or Satin.
